The Giants came out of the half on offense with tremendous success and got all the way to the Cowboys-15 yard line. Earlier in the drive, Demarcus Lawrence notched his second sack but he should be sharing that effort with Stephen Paea and Maliek Collins. Facing a crucial second down well within scoring range, Charles Tapper stepped up and his sack proved the difference.
Wow, what a big play by Tapper. Great time for your first career sack.

That goal-line stand, if you will, was a great way for the former fourth-round pick to get noticed.
Tapper ran right through Flowers.

Here’s the play that forced the Giants to kick the field goal, Cowboys lead 16-3.
Here was the Charles Tapper (@Takeflightchuck) sack for the #Cowboys. A big one since the Giants were in the red zone and held to FG. pic.twitter.com/txFUF4VVlM
