Jon Gruden isn't officially the Raiders head coach yet, but that apparently isn't stopping him from putting together a coaching staff anyway.
We already know that Cowboys special teams and assistant head coach Rich Bisaccia will be joining Gruden in Oakland.
#Cowboys special teams coordinator Rich Bisaccia will be allowed out of his contract, sources say. That means he can join Jon Gruden's #Raiders staff, which is the plan.

Bisaccia was under contract in Dallas for another two years, but the Cowboys were gracious enough to let him leave anyway.
Gary Brown, the Cowboys' running backs coach, is no longer under contract, so he is free to pursue opportunities elsewhere. And it looks like he may follow Bisaccia to Oakland.
As Jon Gruden rounds up his future #Raiders staff, one more target: #Cowboys RB coach Gary Brown. He’s a free agent. ... Brown could go from Zeke Elliott to #BeastMode.

Brown had held the job with the Cowboys the past five seasons, during which he coached a succession of running backs to outstanding seasons.
[UPDATE]
Looks like the Cowboys aren't looking to give up Brown without a fight.
Cowboys special teams coach Rich Bisaccia is expected to join Jon Gruden in Oakland. But sources say Cowboys want RB coach Gary Brown to return and are working to make that happen.
