The Dallas Cowboys are going to be a little thin at defensive tackle when they play the Houston Texans on Sunday night. Saturday afternoon word broke that neither Maliek Collins nor David Irving made the trip with the team for the in-state matchup.
The Cowboys have downgraded DT Maliek Collins to OUT. Collins will not be traveling with the team to Houston. Additionally, DL David Irving did not make the trip with the team and is ruled OUT for the game Sunday.

David Irving has been a question mark all week long what with him coming back from suspension and barely practicing, and Maliek Collins has shown up on the injury report over the last several days. Neither of their absences are particularly surprising, but they are an indication that Dallas is going to need other help to step up along the interior of the defensive line.
It’s going to be a heavy day for Caraun Reid at tackle, and the Cowboys will have to hope that Antwaun Woods is going to be able to play after being listed as questionable on the Friday injury report. With Collins and Irving out, Tyrone Crawford, Daniel Ross and Reid will have to step up.
