Are you ready for some football? The 2-2 Dallas Cowboys will be on the road to take on the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium. Let’s take a look at the inactives list for both teams to see who will be up and who will be down.

Reminder: there are only 6 inactives, because the Cowboys currently have an open roster spot. #cowboyswire
No real surprises here for the Dallas Cowboys. There was some speculation around Randy Gregory and whether or not he would be ready to play after missing a practice this week after heading to Chicago for a visit with one of the league’s medical doctors. David Irving has returned from suspension but has yet to have a full practice session. Irving was eligible to play this week, but missed practice on Thursday and Friday due to a family issue. The Cowboys, who are already thin at defensive tackle, could have used Irving tonight against a week Texans’ offensive line.

Similar to the Cowboys, the Texans inury report holds no real surprises. Lamar Miller, Will Fuller, Keke Coutee, and Shareece Wright were all questionable to play, but from the looks of the inactive list, all will be giving it a go. The Cowboys will catch a break with Aaron Colvin being inactive. Colvin has been a starter at cornerback for the Texans through four weeks. That group with Colvin in has struggled quiet a bit, and now with him down, it seems as if a even worse player will be in his place, that is something the Cowboys offense could potentially take advantage of.
Kickoff is just around the corner, as the Cowboys try to improve to 3-2 on the season and take lead of the NFC East at least for one more day. Let’s do this Cowboys Nation.
