Now that there is an injury report for the day, that means that a game is finally back on the horizon. The Cowboys host the Titans on Monday night, so let’s take a look at who might play and who might sit.

The Cowboys have a host of DNP’s for this week, more than you would like coming off a bye. Tavon Austin and Joe Thomas are still not practicing as has been the case for a while.
The important names for this week are Zack Martin, Randy Gregory, Geoff Swaim and now David Irving. Martin is the key and he is battling an MCL sprain. Coach Garrett sounded somewhat hopeful that Martin will be okay for Monday. Swaim and Gregory are also in the same boat, hopeful but not ready to practice yet.
Of course, David Irving injured his ankle today and was carted off the field. Fortunately, it is being reported as a high-ankle sprain, which is not as bad as initially feared. In fact, one source says it’s not out of the question that Irving could play this week.
When asked if David Irving would be able to play this Monday night, a #Cowboys front office source said he “thinks so”.

Again, MRI tests will give more information. But the original reaction was more dire than needed.
The Titans have a trio of guys injured. Derrick Morgan was a DNP today, and WR Corey Davis and G Josh Kline were limited.
