Somebody likes Red Ball. Willie Anderson praises Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett.

By now you’re likely well-aware that former NFL offensive lineman Willie Anderson is working out the Dallas Cowboys line this week.

Anderson is a former Paul Alexander disciple, and he has an offensive line academy of his own these days. He’s been teaching the Cowboys what he knows, and he’s been showing Cowboys fans all about it.

Willie has done something very cool while working with the Cowboys, things like sharing videos of what they’ve been working on. He took to Twitter on Thursday evening to share some thoughts on his experiences with America’s Team.

It’s great to see Willie giving such high praise to Cowboys staffers Paul Alexander, Marc Colombo, and Leon Lett. Knowing that the best offensive line in the league is in the hands of hard-workers is music to our ears.

These weren’t the only members of the staff that Willie praised, though. His final thought was reserved for the top of the food chain, head honcho Jason Garrett himself.

A lot of people warmed to Jason Garrett after Amazon’s “All or Nothing” this offseason. Willie isn’t talking about something in the past, he’s talking about the now. This is a former great offensive lineman who is talking very highly of the man in charge of the Cowboys.

Let’s hope Willie Anderson’s impressions are an indication of how the offseason is going for the ‘Boys. More than anything, let’s hope that those impressions translate into on-field success in 2018.
