BTB’s OchoLive: David Irving says he “thrives at times like this”

Another episode of BTB’s OchoLive is ready for your viewing pleasure. Today’s episode looks at a recent Instagram post from David Irving where he said: It’s funny . . For a minute I slipped up and questioned my situation. I almost got down about all the s*** I’m going through ... growing through rather .. then I remembered, tough situations are what makes me. I thrive at times like this. S*** ain’t sweet.. never has been. Never will be. Just shut up and enjoy the ride... #nocomments

RJ gives his thoughts in the video below and also wrote:

Defensive tackle David Irving was hit with a four-game suspension to start the season and the dust is just now starting to settle. It’s the second such suspension for Irving over the last two years, that’s a batting average that you don’t want to be that high.

Cowboys fans everywhere have grown frustrated with this apparent tradition of suspensions. Each of the last five seasons now have seen a defensive starter sidelined to begin the year, the last two of which were Irving as noted.

Perhaps David knows that there’s a lot of discussion concerning him. Perhaps he’s feeling some of the responsibility.
