We have an update on Collins and the news is good:
For those that were worried about La’el Collins and his taped up ankle, he maintains he’s fine, and that it was nothing more than just stepping on a foot. No sprain or anything, he says. #CowboysCamp

Original article starts here:
When it rains, it pours. The Cowboys offensive line took had another issue today when starting right tackle, La’el Collins, suffered some type of ankle injury in Thursday’s practice. The extent of the injury is still up in the air, but you hate to see another starting lineman nicked-up after the news that came out this week regarding Zack Martin and Travis Frederick.
Cowboys right tackle La'el Collins has his left ankle taped pretty good and has been limping. Chaz Green is at right tackle. With Tyron Smith not practicing the current line from left to right is: Cameron Fleming, Connor Williams, Joe Looney, Kadeem Edwards and Green.

With the injuries on the offensive line, the Cowboys are featuring a makeshift offensive line in practice and likely in the final two preseason games, before the Cowboys take on the Panthers in week one. This offense will go as far as the offensive line takes it, so Scott Linehan and company will be praying that they get healthy quickly.
The Cowboys do have two more preseason games, a bunch of free agents, and roster cuts to sort through in an attempt to add some quality depth players at the position, but do not expect the team to make any major moves to bring in any big names.
We’ll update this post if there is any further news about Collins and his ankle.
