One of the innovations of this season around Blogging The Boys has been FanPulse. We use this tool to conduct the temperature, the “pulse” if you will, of Cowboys fans everywhere.
Something that FanPulse helps calculate is the confidence of each fan base across SB Nation. Based on the results of each game, each group is asked how confident they’re feeling about the state of their franchise, and just so you know no fan base had a larger drop off from Week 1 to Week 2 than Cowboys fans.
I know this is going to shock you, but after a Week 2 win in the home opener against the New York Giants... people are believing again. See for yourself.

The BTB FanPulse still isn’t quite all the way up to where they began the season in terms of confidence, but things are definitely sunnier the week following a victory. Funny how that works.
Dallas visits the Seattle Seahawks this Sunday. What direction will confidence move next week? Further up, or right back down? We’ll have to wait and see.
