The Cowboys — er the Raiders — have claimed Brian Price off of waivers.
Dallas decided to place defensive tackle Datone Jones on injured reserved with the plan to bring back Brian Price to the 53-man squad shortly after waiving the former undrafted free agent earlier this weekend. However, there looks to be a dent in those plans.
In a twist of events, Adam Schefter reports that the Oakland Raiders have claimed Price from the Cowboys.

That obviously does not help the Cowboys in any way. Already thin along the interior of the defensive line, Dallas planned to have Price at the 1-tech position. As mentioned in the previous article, Dallas desperately needs their defensive tackles to step up in the absence of David Irving.
With Price seemingly off of the market, Dallas needs to shift their focus elsewhere — but where? Looks like there will be another signing before the first game.
