Two teams that are trying to get things back on track after tough losses in Week 4 are what you get this Sunday when the Dallas Cowboys take on the Green Bay Packers. The Cowboys fought a tough defensive battle in New Orleans, but their offense was a huge step back for Kellen Moore. Job number one is for the offensive line to regroup and play like they did to start the season. The Saints were a tougher defense than what they had faced in earlier games, but the way the o-line lost the battle was shocking. And they will have to do it without Tyron Smith an possibly La’el Collins.
Ezekiel Elliott found very little room to run but the Packers are a defense that struggles against the run. It will be a great opportunity for the Cowboys to re-establish that part of their offense.
Defensively, it’s all about containing the damage from Cowboys nemesis Aaron Rodgers. The QB great has a habit of twisting the dagger into the Cowboys. It’s up to Robert Quinn, DeMarcus Lawrence and others to put a dent in his game. It looks like the Pack will be without Davante Adams so that takes a huge weapon off the field.
