This week’s game for the Dallas Cowboys has a little different feel. When you play the New England Patriots, things are already different. When you are trying to get your season rolling back in the right direction and trying to open up some room versus your NFC East rival, the pressure is bigger. When you are trying to prove you belong in the top-tier of teams in the league by beating one of the big boys, there is a lot on the line. This week is a little different for the ‘Boys.
Everybody around the NFL landscape is waking up to the season Dak Prescott is having. Now, he gets to prove he can do it against an elite defense. The Patriots have been throttling teams all season on defense except for the Ravens. The Cowboys want to emulate that team and roll up some points on the scoreboard.
Defensively, the Cowboys get a struggling Patriots unit, but with Tom Brady under center anything is possible. The Cowboys defense has been up and down all year but they will need to be on their game in case the Cowboys offense struggles.
And one other thing for the Cowboys - no slow starts!
