We’re back on the roller-coaster as the Dallas Cowboys just can’t decide what kind of season they want to have. One minute they’re up, the next they’re down. Head coach Jason Garrett is receiving a heavy dose of blame for not being able to take a talented roster and turn them into consistent winners.
Thursday’s game against the Buffalo Bills is crucial for the Cowboys, not only in the standings but for their psyche. With the Philadelphia Eagles only one game behind and with a far easier schedule than Dallas, the Cowboys need wins to keep their playoff hopes alive. They have to take advantage of home dates.
Buffalo comes in with a pretty record (8-3) but having played a very soft schedule. It’s hard to judge just how good of a team they are, although one thing is for sure, their defense is legit. We’ll see if Dak Prescott and the Cowboys offense can rebound. None of that will matter, though, if the Cowboys special teams keeps blowing up.
