Cowboys at Giants inactives: Leighton Vander Esch officially out

The Dallas Cowboys are finally back from action tonight and they’re playing in front of the world on Monday Night Football.

Dallas will look to get their second win in a row, and their second in division as well, as they’re taking on the New York Giants. While the G-Men aren’t exactly stellar this season it won’t be easy and the Cowboys will officially be down one of their best players.

It’s not shocking to see Leighton Vander Esch miss this game given what happened the last time we saw him, but still, it’s never fun to be missing such a great player.

The Giants being without Sterling Shepard is a big deal as he’s their best receiver. Obviously they still have Evan Engram though so they’re not exactly shy of pass catchers.
