Cowboys roster move: With two open spots, Dallas signing a linebacker and tackle

The roster churning never stops.

There is, at the very least, one more game left this season for the Dallas Cowboys, and like most of the rest of the NFL, they are dealing with a lot of injuries.

It was announced earlier in the week that the Cowboys would be placing guard Xavier Su’a-Filo and linebacker Leighton Vander Esch on injured reserve. This opened up two roster spots and as of Christmas Eve the Cowboys have filled them.

Say hello to Ray-Ray Armstrong and Wyatt Miller.

Obviously we won’t know how much this week’s game against the Washington Redskins means for the Dallas Cowboys as the Cowboys need the Philadelphia Eagles to lose to the New York Giants if they want to win the NFC East, and both of those games will be taking place at the same time.

In the meantime, the Cowboys can only hope. Here’s hoping that Armstrong and Miller get a few extra games with the Cowboys.
