Cowboys 2019 free agency: Where to spend and where to be frugal

It’s not too far away. The NFL free agency period opens on March 13th. Usually, that date doesn’t mean a lot to the Cowboys and their fans because the team usually sits out the first week or so, waiting for the prices to come down. This year, things may be a little different. Dallas has plenty of cap space this offseason, and even though they need to take care of some of their own, they may just surprise us with a big signing or two. After all, with Jason Garrett coaching without a contract past this upcoming season, he may be advocating a “win-now” approach.
