Trying to get a handle on a wild week of Cowboys news

It certainly was no ordinary week for the Cowboys.

NFL: Combine Trevor Ruszkowski-USA TODAY Sports

Things were kind of quiet for the Cowboys when the week began. We got some early news when Stephen Jones talked about potential contracts for players, including the first offer to free agent DeMarcus Lawrence. It all seemed so normal until things got crazy. Randy Gregory was suspended, Jason Witten returned, there were reports of contact with Earl Thomas’ camp. Suddenly, Cowboys news was exploding everywhere. It’s been nuts, but we try to get a handle on all of it in our latest editions of The 75O and OchoLive.

The 75O

Hello beautiful people! The 75O is back for the second time this week, and what a hectic week this was! Settle in as 2-Time Super Bowl Champion Tony Casillas (@tccasillas) and RJ Ochoa (@rjochoa) take you through everything that happened with America’s Team in the time leading up to the NFL Combine. What does Witten’s return mean for the rest of the team? The development of young players? The status of Jason Garrett? The guys get into it all.

They also discuss some names the Cowboys are looking at while at the NFL Combine plus how the team could handle a few contracts for some star players.
