Have you ever tried to reverse into a parking spot and had it take much longer than you anticipated? That’s what day three of the 2019 NFL Draft is turning into for the Dallas Cowboys. They’ve traded back for the second time.
Cowboys get pick 158 and 218 for pick 149. They move back again.

The 149th pick wasn’t even the Cowboys pick originally as they picked it up from the Cincinnati Bengals when they traded out of the 136th overall selection. This means that they now have:
- 158
- 165
- 213
- 218
- 241
That’s solid moving around from the Cowboys but it’s starting to make people a bit restless. Sooner or later they’re going to have to make a selection but perhaps they really wanted to get a couple more picks. That seems more than obvious at this point.
Dallas originally entered this draft with six selections and will (as of now) have eight when it’s all said and done. Keep waiting, we’re almost there!
