Cowboys 2019 schedule: Dallas favored in nine of the first 15 games on the schedule

One oddsmaker likes the Cowboys except against the Big Dogs.

Yes, it’s really early in the NFL yearly schedule. The Cowboys are just about to start their first OTA session, they haven’t even convened for training camp or played a preseason game yet. There is still so far to go until the games of are played, That hasn’t stopped CG Technology from creating spreads for each through Week 16. (No Week 17 spreads because of the unpredictability of the lineups for those games).

The Cowboys do pretty well as they are the favorite in nine of the games. They are also in a pick ‘em game with the Los Angeles Rams where the Cowboys are at home, and are curiously in a pick ‘em game with Washington on the road. Not sure why they wouldn’t be the favorite in that game. Dallas are prohibitive favorites when they host the New York Giants, the Miami Dolphins and the Buffalo Bills. They split with the Philadelphia Eagles, each team is the favorite when they are at home.

The Cowboys are underdogs against some big dogs, the New Orleans Saints, the New England Patriots and the Chicago Bears are all favorites as the Cowboys are on the road for all three of those games.

Dallas are favorites (or pick ‘em) in all of their home games and are favorites (or pick ‘em) in four away games.

Expect these lines to change drastically as the season begins, but it gives you a feel for how oddsmakers are feeling about the Cowboys right now.
