As everybody was calming down from Taco Charlton’s defensive dominance and Dak Prescott finding Michael Gallup for a touchdown, things got even crazier for the Cowboys.
You know, if you’re having success on defense and offense it makes sense to get some things going on special teams, right? The answer, at least according to Joe Thomas, is yes.
The Cowboys linebacker managed to make himself known on a punt as he blocked it, dribbled it a bit, and recovered it in the endzone for the score. Check it out.

Joe Thomas, along with C.J. Goodwin, has been someone who people have noticed excelling on special teams, although Thomas certainly has other skills. This is how you really craft your spot in the NFL and seeing Thomas do it in the dress rehearsal of all games is a big deal.
Touchdowns are happening! They’re so much fun and it’s great to see them in AT&T Stadium.
