Cowboys at Saints inactives: Xavier Woods is officially a go

Things have been fairly predictable for the Cowboys this season when it comes to who is going to be inactive on game day. Matters have been complicated a bit by injuries, but that’s life in the NFL.

We knew for a while that Dallas would be without players like Michael Gallup, Tyrone Crawford, and Antwaun Woods, but the status of Xavier Woods has been up in the air. The third-year safety missed last week’s win against the Miami Dolphins, but he’s officially back in the lineup for New Orleans.

As far as the New Orleans Saints are concerned, defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson is active. It’s his first game back with the Saints since tearing his Achilles during the divisional round last season and he’s going to make things all the more difficult for the Cowboys offensive line.
