Super Bowl LIV is set and the NFL is likely very happy to have Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Pat Mahomes as part of the game. Mahomes is one of the most dynamic players in the game and to think that he’s accomplished all that he has in only two seasons as a starter is unreal. As you’re likely well-aware he has fans all over the world much like other prominent NFL players.
The NFLPA released the highest-selling jerseys by player for March through November of last year. Unsurprisingly, Mahomes leads the way, but there are two members of the Dallas Cowboys among the top 10. It should come as no shock to you that they are Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott.
The Top 15 among all officially licensed product sold:
1 - Pat Mahomes
2 - Tom Brady
3 - Ezekiel Elliott
4 - Baker Mayfield
5 - Odell Beckham Jr.
6 - Khalil Mack
7 - Aaron Rodgers
8 - Dak Prescott
9 - Saquon Barkley
10 - JuJu Smith-Schuster
11 - Drew Brees
12 - Lamar Jackson
13 - Carson Wentz
14 - Russell Wilson
15 - Jimmy Garoppolo
The Super Bowl quarterbacks come in at first and last on this list of 15 as Jimmy Garoppolo rounds it out. There are also plenty of players that were in the playoffs not to mention the likely league MVP in Lamar Jackson.
Dak and Zeke are two of seven players that didn’t make the playoffs to be featured on the list. Elliott ranks the highest, but Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield comes in right after him at fourth.
For what it’s worth, there are only two teams that have multiple players on this list and they are the ones that Elliott and Mayfield represent. The Cowboys and Browns both have two players with top-selling jerseys, so while they might have spent the playoffs watching from home at least a lot of people that also did were dressed like them.
