The Dallas Cowboys got crushed by the Arizona Cardinals on Monday night. Oddly, they are still atop the NFC East for whatever that’s worth. While things have certainly been tough to watch early on, the season rolls on and the Cowboys are still right in the thick of things. With that in mind, let’s take a look a what’s coming down the pike for this team as we peruse how the Cowboys future opponents performed in Week 6.
Week 7: @ Washington Football Team
Last week: Lost 20-19 to the Giants, currently 1-5
Key game notes:
- Kyle Allen went 31/42 for 280 yards, with two touchdowns and a pick
- J.D. McKissic led all rushers with 41 yards on eight carries and added another 43 yards receiving
- Terry McLauren caught seven passes for 74 yards
Week 8: @ Philadelphia Eagles
Last week: Lost to Ravens 30-28, currently 1-4-1

- Carson Wentz was 21/40 for 213 yards with two touchdowns
- Miles Sanders ran the ball nine times for 118 yards
