Week 5 of the 2020 NFL schedule is already here. We wait all offseason for the regular season to return, and when it gets here it seems to go by so quickly. Anyway, as we do every week, the front-page writers pick the winners of each game on the schedule.
Through the first quarter of the season, Tom Ryle is our leader with a 73% correct pick mark (46-17). He is followed by Dave Halprin who was our early leader but who has fallen off in the past couple of weeks. He has a 71% mark (45-18). Matt Holleran also has a 73% mark but hasn’t picked every game this season so can’t be in the running for the season crown.
This week everyone is picking the Dallas Cowboys to defeat the New York Giants, that level of confidence might be the case for the last time if the Cowboys lose this week.
