The Dallas Cowboys and the Cincinnati Bengals meet on Sunday to determine who will get the higher draft pick. Well, that’s not exactly true, but it certainly figures into the equation. Both teams are having poor seasons and both teams are using backup quarterbacks. The loser of the game will get a leg up in going for the third pick overall in the 2021 draft.
The Cowboys are technically still alive in the NFC East, so they do have some incentive to win. Andy Dalton will also have incentive going against his former team and show them he still has skills. The Cowboys may be able to finally get their run game going this week, a chance for Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard to show out.
The Bengals offense without Joe Burrow has really struggled. The Cowboys defense has been terrible, but this week they may be able to get well, at least for a game. The Cowboys should be the favorite to win the game, but given how they’ve played this year, anything could happen.
