The Dallas Cowboy are set to host the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday afternoon and it isn’t hyperbole to say that it is the biggest game of the season so far. We have seen the Cowboys struggle many times this year, but ultimately, comically, they are still very much in the race for the NFC East title.
Dallas will be looking to get some help from the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, but they will have to take care of business themselves against Philly if they ultimately want to win the NFC East. When Dallas hosts the Eagles on Sunday they will officially be without Antwaun Woods as he is one of the two players that team announced is headed to injured reserve on Saturday. Woods also tweeted about the news himself.

Woods is set to be a free agent after this season is finally over. He was someone who the Cowboys brought back late last year and has played well for them, but looking at the numbers, it is fair to wonder whether he has played his last snap with America’s Team. Players like Trysten Hill and Neville Gallimore are going to merit more snaps in the future and it remains to be seen if the team wants to bring back Gerald McCoy.
Woods has been a fan favorite for a long time. If he has indeed played his last snap with the Cowboys we are grateful to him for his services.
