There are a lot of things going on with the Dallas Cowboys, a lot of things considering nothing is really going on. Such is life when it comes to the NFL Combine. There are a lot of things being said, a lot of conversations being had, and a lot of thoughts running through various minds. Something else happening is a hopeful step back for one Cowboys player, defensive end Randy Gregory.
Dallas drafted Randy Gregory in the second round back in 2015 (five years ago! time flies!). Since then, he has dealt with suspension issues but played well when he was on the field. Randy has been suspended for issues relating to marijuana and it’s possible that a new Collective Bargaining Agreement might not be as strict on those sorts of violations, but for now we do not know what will come of all of that. We do know that Randy Gregory applied for reinstatement, though.
On @1033fmESPN today, @JJT_Journalist revealed that #Cowboys DE Randy Gregory has filed for reinstatement (1:30 mark).https://t.co/iXLFwNTQKp

Gregory has played 28 games to this point in his career and was last seen when the Cowboys took on the Los Angeles Rams in the Divisional Round two years ago. It feels like it’s been much longer.
Hopefully Gregory has everything in order on the personal side of his life as he’s previously discussed his mental health struggles.
