Are you tired of hearing about Jamal Adams and the Cowboys? No? Well good, because this week the Jamal Adams and Cowboys trade talks have taken over twitter, and we’re starting to hear from a reporter who has ties with the Jets and the Cowboys of some actual interest.
Gary Meyers reported via his twitter that he’s hearing the Cowboys have serious interest in trading for Jamal Adams now that the asking price is being reported as a first- and third-round pick.
The latest just now from my Jamal Adams source: "The Cowboys are seriously in play now that they confirmed the Jets want 1st and 3rd round picks for Adams."

'Boys $5.6M under cap and need to get long-term deal done with Dak to lower his $31.4M franchise number to sign Adams.
If the Cowboys were to trade for Adams, they would need to make some adjustments to their cap to agree on a contract extension which is something that Adams wants. Myers also suggests that this could help get a Dak Prescott extension done as well. Getting a Prescott deal done would lower his cap hit in 2020, which would free up cap-space to help get Adams under the cap.
As of now, this is all speculation, but it’s something to keep an eye on now as established reporters are mentioning the chances of this trade possibly happening.
