Here is what The Star looks like amid social distancing protocols

It is training camp season and while it is strange it is training camp nonetheless. We know that the Dallas Cowboys are training at their world headquarters at The Star in Frisco as opposed to out in Oxnard, California. That is one of the many adjustments they have had to make amid Covid-19.

NFL teams are going to great lengths to do what they can to be as safe as possible as a result of the coronavirus and obviously social distancing is part of that process. The Star looks very different than usual, and this is what it is going to look like for some time.

Here is what The Star looks like amid social distancing protocols

The Dallas Cowboys released some photos showing how things are being handled at The Star in accordance with social distancing guidelines. As you can see, they have seemingly thought of everything to keep players distanced from one another while in the building.

In the first photo you see a couple of keyboards with numbers corresponding to Cowboys players (they are their jersey numbers). Each player is wearing a device that alerts them if they get too close to another, again, these are very unique times.

We are about six weeks away from the NFL season beginning and social distancing protocols are going to need to be followed so that the league doesn’t experience what Major League Baseball did with the Miami Marlins. Cowboys rookie center Tyler Biadasz spoke about how he is taking this seriously to do his part, hopefully players around the entire league are following that same line of thought as well.
