The Dallas Cowboys pulled off a miracle last week to go to 1-1 on the young 2020 season. While the win over the Atlanta Falcons was exhilarating, you can’t depend on those kind of comebacks every week. This week, the Cowboys better start fast and finish faster because Russell Wilson doesn’t let up.
The Cowboys visit the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday at 4:25 PM ET and they will face a quarterback in Wilson who is playing like an MVP. The Cowboys offense will need to put points on the board because Wilson and the Seahawks will certainly score on the Cowboys banged-up defense.
Fortunately for Dallas, the Seahawks also give up points on defense and their pass defense is especially vulnerable. Much like the Seahawks are letting Russ cook, the Cowboys should believe in Prescott and let Dak cook.
The game should be an entertaining one and if the Cowboys can pull off the upset, the narrative around the team might change to legitimate contender.
