The Dallas Cowboys are the most valuable franchise in all of sports, meaning the fan base is as big as ever. While there are always going to be disagreements within fan bases — especially one as large as the Cowboys — we are all proud to call the Cowboys ‘our team’.
Blogging The Boys has done an amazing job creating a community of die-hard Cowboys fans over the years while giving many a platform to speak their mind, give their opinion on the team, celebrate every win, and agonize over every defeat.
Which is why the decision to move on has been extremely difficult.
Since joining BTB back in 2017, I have formed some awesome and meaningful relationships with fellow BTB writers as well as some incredible members of the amazing community. This site has given me an opportunity to write my opinions on America’s Team while also growing as a writer and becoming a smarter football fan.
I have been fortunate enough to see Dak Prescott grow into a high-level franchise quarterback, a playoff win over Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks, the combination of Amari Cooper, Michael Gallup, and CeeDee Lamb at wide receiver, and many more memorable moments since joining this prestigious site.
I would like to thank Dave Halprin and the many others that have written for BTB since 2017 for teaching me the ropes, being patient with every question I may have had, and helping me see the game of football through a different lens so that I can produce the best content I possibly can each and every week.
Writing has been my passion since an early age, and sports have consumed a large part of my 23 years of life. I have had dreams of becoming a full-time sports writer since I can remember. In the last week, an opportunity was presented to me that I believe will help me take the next step in reaching those goals.
As the Cowboys prepare to open the season against the Los Angeles Rams, I will be taking over the A To Z Dallas website that is set to launch this week where I hope to provide interesting and unique content on the team that we all love.
I will continue co-hosting the Talkin’ The Star podcast with Connor Livesay and Dalton Miller on the BTB podcast platform, and I hope you tune in while we talk Cowboys football and have a ton of fun while doing so. I will also obviously continue reading the excellent content that this site produces every single day.
