Recap Cowboys training camp practice #5 Oxnard (tweets + videos), Dak Prescott dealing with muscle pull (arm)

The Cowboys put on the pads today.

NFL: Dallas Cowboys Training Camp Jason Parkhurst-USA TODAY Sports

This is an important practice for the Dallas Cowboys. It is the first time that the team will wear pads since they started training camp in Oxnard. The intensity is sure to go up and we’ll get to find out a little more about some positions, especially the offensive and defensive lines.

As noted previously, Michael Gallup will be sitting today’s practice out.

Another injury note.

Besides Lewis, Bradlee Anae getting work in on the cords.

Malik Hooker at practice, but not in pads yet.

Randy Gregory getting some more tutelage from Dan Quinn.

The defensive tackles getting ready for work.

Hopefully this mean nothing.

AND THE VERDICT ON DAK...

Tony Pollard slow walks Jaylon Smith before exploding.

Micah Parsons in coverage.

Darian Thompson says don’t forget about me with two picks.

Hmm, is “in the vicinity” code for getting cooked?

Zeke!

Parsons gets in on the INT parade.

He’s a bad man!

Kind of a cheap interception, but it counts.

Maurice Canady taking advantage of his time.

Anthony Brown getting in on the act.

Interceptions everywhere!

Let’s hear it for one of the Connors.
