Happy Victory Polo Monday!!

You know it wasn't all good, but it wasn't all bad either.

A great interception by Diggs, but a thrown pick by Dak (yikes!!) who was he throwing to?

Yes there are things that need to be worked on both offensive side of the ball and defensive side of the ball, and through 2 games, I see some gutty performances on both sides. Again it's not all pretty. Giving up to many 3rd and longs, gotta cut that out, I don't want to feel like throwing up in the 4th quarter because it's to close for comfort, but again at least it's a quality win even if it's just by a field goal, you know a win is a win.

Here's what I know, 6 take aways in 2 games (should be 7, thanks refs!!). You can argue that 1 of the INT's should have never happened because it was a 'freak' accident, well on the contrary, coulda, shoulda woulda, Dallas wasn't getting that tipped ball over the last several years, well what about the last minute hail mary at the end of the first half? Well my question to you, you do realize that Dallas was 1 block away from last second pick 6, or better yet, do you remember when CJ Beathard threw that last minute or so hail mary attempt was caught for a TD? Plays like that shouldn't happen so good for Dallas. Well what about the fumble right before the goal line? Well what about it? A forced fumble is still a forced fumble no matter where it happens on the field. When was the last time the defense had 6 take aways in 2 games against quality teams? Anyone remember? Good neither do I. Question...do we have ball hawks in the secondary?? You can read that Kennan Allen, who by the way is a darn good receiver had 4 catches for 108 yards but 0 touchdowns but still be ticked off, and you would have every right to be ticked, but reading between the lines 4 catches on 8 targets but his long was 42 yards. Those 3rd and long conversions have to stop. Is Zeke back? I know there were allot of dirty 3-4 yard runs, but I also saw some good burst on his 2 runs of 10 plus including one that went for almost 20 yards, knock on wood.

NFC east week 3 schedule:

Giants vs Falcons....gimmie the falcons, I don't trust Danny Dimes

Buffalo Bills vs WFT....I don't know if I trust the Bills after losing to the Steelers week 1 but then blowing out Miami 35-0, but at the same time, do you really trust the WFT after beating the Giants 30-29 only to lose 20-16 vs these same Chargers that Dallas just beat? Gimmie the Bills by 7-10

By Golly that means the WFT is 1-2 and the Giants 0-3

IF Dallas takes care of the eagles (which always is a fun game to watch) who gets first place all by themselves? That's right Dallas.

I know allot fans are still salty that some of the classless eagles fans cheered for when Irvin got seriously hurt to the point of retirement, but we don't have to act the same way.

Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham in all likelyhood is out for the year with achilles injury which happened yesterday, if nothing else, let's all wish him a speedy recovery, it's never fun to watch to watch a player, rival or not, get injured.

Let's get that Dub and take over first place next week!! Between now and then, enjoy victory polo Monday!!!
