Sack or No Sack

You can make a legit case for the sack on Herbert being a sack, or if it should have been called for intentional grounding. I cannot help but thinking about Rams vs Dallas a few years ago where La'el Collins I guess 'sacks' Dak Prescott as seen in this video clip. Dak was at least still on the move.

Sack?

But then you look at Sack or No Sack it looks like Parsons has Herbert wrapped up, back peddling, forward progress was lost, before getting rid of the ball. Dak was trying to escape but the play was ruled dead.

So were the refs "screwing" the Chargers? It's in my opinion, that yes, Parsons had a sack, but with the first clip of Dak being 'sacked', do we now not know what a sack is? What do y'all think, did Parsons have a true sack or was it grounding? Do y'all think it was to close to call?
