The Dallas Cowboys are coming off a satisfying win over the Los Angeles Chargers to even their 2021 record at 1-1. Now they finally get to play a home game, and it comes against their fiercest rival, the Philadelphia Eagles.
The lead in the division will be up for grabs in the game as both teams look to stake a claim to NFC East dominance. The Cowboys are going through a series of injuries and COVID issues on their defense, especially around the defensive line which is going to be a key element in tis game. They will want to control the dual-threat nature of the Eagles QB Jalen Hurts, and will need good play in the trenches from their defense.
On offense, Dak Prescott is back and finding his groove in 2021, while the rest of the offense has alternated between the passing game in Week 1, and the running game in Week 2. Which side will be dominant in Week 3?
Meanwhile, the hops is that the Cowboys special teams starts to get better.
It’s an NFC East clash, so buckle up.

Every week we will be putting together a preview show for the upcoming Dallas Cowboys game on the Blogging The Boys YouTube Channel. During the preview we will discuss the biggest storylines, highlight some things to watch during our Film Room segment, and speak with somebody who covers the opposing team to get an idea on what Dallas is up against (although this week we had to improvise a bit on that front).
