Cowboys vs. Panthers first injury report: Cowboys come out of Eagles games with no new injuries

The Cowboys didn’t really practice, but here is their estimated injury report.

After every NFL game, it’s always a waiting game to see who was injured. Sometimes you know during a game if an injury happened to a player, but sometimes you don’t really know until a day or two later. Fortunately, it looks like the Cowboys escaped the Eagles game with no serious injuries.

The Cowboys didn’t really practice today, they held more of a walk-thru, but they are still required to turn in an estimated injury report. So they did.

The Cowboys side of things looks basically like you would think. Donovan Wilson remains out with a groin issue and coach Mike McCarthy doesn’t seem optimistic about his return this week. The other three injured guys, Carlos Watkins, Dorance Armstrong and Ty Nsekhe, remain out.

Coach McCarthy also seemed very doubtful that any of the guys on IR like Neville Gallimore or Kelvin Joseph would be returning anytime soon.

As for the Panthers, they will be without Christian McCaffrey which is obviously a huge deal for them. Newly-acquired cornerback C.J. Henderson was able to practice on his first day with the team.
