The Dallas Cowboys are absolutely rolling. Dallas recorded their seventh win of the season on Sunday afternoon, beating the Carolina Panthers 33-10. The win was a complete team effort and the Cowboys did some great things on both sides of the ball. Sunday marked the sixth time Dallas has scored 30 or more points in a game this season and the fourth time their defense has given up 10 or fewer.
Once again, there were plenty of candidates for this week’s game ball, but one stood above the rest. For the third time this season, the award goes to Micah Parsons. Parsons was a true game-wrecker on Sunday afternoon. The DPOY candidate tied his single-game career-high with 2.5 sacks and was in the backfield all game long.

After recording no tackles or sacks against the Giants in Week 10, the conversation of whether Parsons was starting to slow down as the season progressed was brought to the forefront. Safe to say the All-Pro ended that discussion rather quickly.
“People felt like I was slowing down and just had to put that noise to the side.” - #cowboys Micah Parsons who had 2.5 sacks today after an empty box score last week. Parsons also believes DaRon Bland should be in the DOPY conversation. Our interview on @nflnetwork. pic.twitter.com/byQqDZhJPO

On this Thanksgiving week, be thankful that 11 teams passed on Micah Parsons, and be thankful the best defensive player in football is a Dallas Cowboy.
