The Cowboys are just over an hour away from kicking off against the Seahawks for a Thursday Night Football matchup. Despite being favored by 9.5 points, this game figures to be the toughest matchup the Cowboys have faced at home this year. And now, we know who will be suiting up for the game.
The Cowboys didn’t have a single player enter this game with an injury designation, as everyone that had been listed on the injury report throughout the week was a full participant by Wednesday’s practice. That includes Jayron Kearse, who missed last week’s game with a back injury. Micah Parsons and Dante Fowler, both of whom missed practice this week with an illness, are also good to go.
That means the inactive list is full of healthy scratches. It features a bunch of the usual suspects: Deuce Vaughn, Jalen Brooks, Eric Scott Jr., Noah Igbinoghene, Asim Richards, and emergency quarterback Trey Lance.
Peyton Hendershot, who recently had his practice window to return from the injured reserve activated, is not going to return today. The expectation is he’ll return from the injured reserve next week against the Eagles. In his place, Princeton Fant was elevated from the practice squad for this game, his first elevation of the season.
As for the Seahawks, they have a less rosy picture to paint. Running back Kenneth Walker will miss his second game in a row with an oblique injury. That’s in addition to starting right guard Phil Haynes, who was added to the injured reserve yesterday. That said, they did activate right tackle Abraham Lucas from the injured reserve, which will likely see former Cowboy Jason Peters move inside to guard.
