Here is the Dallas Cowboys injury report for Thursday. An Illness is circulating among the team.

We’re a few days away from a big game in Buffalo. The Dallas Cowboys continue their week of practice before facing off against a Bills team fighting for their playoff lives. Conversely, the Cowboys are in good spirits as they stand in first place in the NFC East, and the Cowboys have been terrific through the air. The weather in Buffalo looks to be near optimal, with temperatures near 50 degrees and no precipitation in the forecast by Sunday’s kickoff. The Cowboys’ offense should be cleared for takeoff. That, of course, starts with the state of the team on the practice field.

There must be something in the air. Veterans Stephon Gilmore and Brandin Cooks did not practice Thursday. Both players were cited with illness and sat out of team activities. Zack Martin was again limited and given a light load at practice. Additionally, Tyron Smith did not practice Thursday either as the team has been very cautious with his health and gave him another day to rest.

Among those not practicing for injury was Malik Hooker, with an ankle problem, and defensive tackle Jonathan Hankins. As expected, Hankins did not practice today and is all but assured to miss this week’s game at Buffalo. Mazi Smith will be asked to step up in Hankins’ absence to hold the point of attack and push the middle of the pocket on Bills quarterback Josh Allen.
