Cowboys represented by 9 players on All-Pro teams, 4 on First-Team, 5 on Second-Team

The Dallas Cowboys have been widely recognized.

The Associated Press announced the All-Pro selections for the 2023 NFL season on Friday and it should come as no surprise that the Dallas Cowboys are well-represented. All told there were nine members of the Cowboys selected, four of them as First-Team players and five as Second-Team players.

CeeDee Lamb, Zack Martin, DaRon Bland and Brandon Aubrey were the four First-Team members while Dak Prescott, Tyron Smith, Tyler Smith, Micah Parsons and Bryan Anger are the Second-Team selections.

Obviously Cowboys fans will be upset about Parsons not being named to the First-Team, but sometimes this is just the way things go. This is perhaps representative of how Defensive Player of the Year will go.

It is definitely worth noting that Lamb, Prescott and Parsons are all up for new deals with the Cowboys in the offseason and this will only add to their arguments. The Cowboys will have to work through a lot of financial decisions after the year.
